TATIScms consists of a suite of customs process modules that are integrated to form a Customs Management Solution. The modules can be purchased individually to be integrated into an environment with other existing customs solutions, however the integrated TATIScms solution has been designed to address end-to-end customs processing scenarios. TATIScms addresses revenue compliance and trade facilitation, as well as enforcement within the Customs regulatory framework. While the TATIS core customs solution was initially designed to meet the challenges of emerging economies its benefits are equally applicable in more developed countries. A proof of this fact is the selection of TATIScms as the primary Customs Management Solution by Luxembourg Customs. TATIScms has been adapted to comply to the EU Customs specifications that is defined for all EU member states.

TATIS solutions are flexible and support a variety of technologies and environments.  These solutions integrate into existing Customs business processes and environments enabled by our partnership network.  Alternatively, they can form part of a business process re-engineering or total Customs modernisation project.

Enforcement

Delivery and feedback mechanisms distribute the output generated by compliance and automation tools through instructions, reporting and tracking solutions, post-entry audit and mobile task force solutions, workflow management and integration with declaration processing systems.

Compliance management

These solutions verify the information required to comply with regulatory obligations as submitted by declarants, thereby improving adherence to trade agreements, security and revenue regulations.  We offer selective pre- and post-entry verification/auditing, trader profiling, risk engine and valuation control solutions to validate information and processes through an integrated approach.

Applications for duty suspense regimes

The independent "bolt-on" versions of our automation modules, i.e. transit, bonded warehousing and bonded manufacturing, may be implemented by Customs administrations that are already equipped with a declaration processing system but who need to address particular requirements in terms of business processes.

Base automation – declaration processing

TATIS offers a complete declaration processing system covering all Customs regimes including home use, temporary import, export, transit, bonded warehousing and bonded manufacturing.  The applications can function independently or as an integrated suite.
